Rachel Nicholls, former Head of Trade Marks at National Law Firm Shoosmiths, has joined SONDER IP as a Director.

 

Rachel has almost 20 years’ experience in assisting clients with the entire range of trade mark work throughout the world, including pre-filing searching, IP strategies, examination procedures, oppositions, cancellations and invalidity actions.

 

Many of these years were spent working alongside Matt and we are excited to renew our working relationship.

 

Rachel answers some questions about Sonder IP…

 

Why did you join Sonder IP  ?

 

“Matt and I have worked together for more years than either of us cares to remember!  Between us we have over 30 years’ experience in IP and we’re driven by the same desire to get to know the aims and ambitions of each and every client, and to support them with their intellectual property regardless of their size or industry.  We push each other to be the best that we can be, and strive to deliver consistent, ethical and expert advice on all aspects of intellectual property.   We have a mutual respect for each other and our clients, but we’re not afraid to tell each other when we’re wrong!
